Do i need weighted balls for the throwing program?

Yes you will need a weighted ball set with a 2lb ball 1lb ball 6oz 5oz 4oz 2oz and a towel.

Should I do this during the season?

Ideally this would be done either during the summer, fall, or winter if you are a baseball player and stay away from these loads during the season.

What equipment would I need?

Weighted Ball Set, full commercial gym, a field to throw at.

How many days a week of training?

The loads fluctuate during the program although, for the first month, there will be 3 Days of lifting with 4 Days of throwing. The program progresses from there.

Do I need to be a pitcher to do this?

No this is for all ball players who throw.
